Warranty

The following items are covered by warranty. If a problem occurs, please contact your dealer.

• Printer　　Problems within 6 months after purchase (1 time)
• Toner Cartridge　　Initial failure

The initial failure of the toner cartridge is as follows.

• Defects in finished products after sublimation printing and toner printing.(May be affected by specifications and conditions of materials, presses, etc.)

Please note that the following contents are out of warranty.

• Problems caused by using or disassembling toner cartridges other than those specified by our company.
• Defects in finished products after sublimation printing and toner printing. (May be affected by specifications and conditions of materials, presses, etc.)

Regular replacement parts

Fusing Unit		：Standard replacement timing ? 90,000 pages
Transfer Belt Unit		：Standard replacement timing ? 90,000 pages
Transfer Roller Unit		：Standard replacement timing ? 90,000 pages

※The replacement timing may change depending on the usage.
※After 6 months of purchase, the replacement parts will be charged.
※Repair will be done at our service center.
※Please contact your dealer if you have any questions, for example, need for a replacement printer, repair schedule, etc.,
